Cheesecake Cookie Bars

  Ingredients

Cup all purpose flour

1/2

Cup chopped walnuts
1/3
Cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3
Cup of melted butter or marine
1
8 ounce pack of cream cheese that is at room temperature
1/4
Cup of white granulated sugar
1
Egg
2
Tablespoon of Milk
1
Tablespoon of lemon juice
1
Teaspoon of vanilla
  Directions
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  Grease an 8" by 8" baking pan -- spray, butter, ...
  In a small mixing bowl add the flour, chopped walnuts, and light brown sugar.
  Stir in the melted butter or marine until are well mixed.
  Remove 1/3 cup from the mixing bowl for use to sprinkle on top later.
  Add the mixture from the mixing bowl into the greased baking pan. Pat down evenly into pan.
  Bake for 12 to 15 minutes and let cool.
  Add cream cheese and granulated sugar to an electric mixing bowl.
  Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  Beat in egg, vanilla, milk, and lemon juice.
  Pour mixture into pie crust.
  Sprinkle 1/3 cup of reserved crumbs on top.
