Tablespoons of soft butter or margarine |

Teaspoons of vanilla extract |

Directions |

Shells |
|
Mix shell ingredients (butter/margarine, cream cheese, and flour together
like a pie crust -- using your hands |
|
Take out a walnut size balls to make each shell crust |
|
Roll ball in hands and then flatten into a tart tin |

Repeat until all tins are full |

Filling |
|
Beat eggs in a mixting bowl until foamy |
|
Stir in sugar, butter/margaine, and vanilla |

Filling the shells |
|
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees |
|
Chop pecans until they are finely ground |
|
Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground nuts to the bottom of a shell |
|
Add 1 teaspoon of filling on top of the nuts |
|
Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground nuts as the final layer |
|
Repeat until all the shells are filled |
|
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees |
