Directions |

Dice peppers and place in a serving bowl (optional) |

Dice onions and add to the serving bowl |
|
Add the cans of beans to the serving bowl |

Add the sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, and water to the serving
bowl |
|
Stir the mixture to distribute the ingredients evenly |
|
Place in refrigerator and let cool for 2 1/2 hours |
|
Drain most of the juice off when serving |
